1. Students must Provide the right information to communicate with the respective examination board.

Cancellation: Your enrolment with IREZ Academy will only be effective if and when IREZ Academy sends to you its official enrolment receipt and IREZ Academy has received in full the Enrolment Fee and (if applicable) any other fee specified by it, you have seven days from the date of purchase to cancel Your course and request a refund, no refunds will be offered to You for part or fully completed courses, no refunds will be offered to You if any course material has been downloaded or provided by us from Your qualification(s).
4. E-Learning courses are studied in-line. Using our platform is simple and self-explanatory. You will be supported by online expert tutors and your course content is full of multimedia content,
5. Including: Study books (downloadable), student forums, mock examinations and videos, audio and online games. Certain parts of your course content can be downloaded for printing, watching and listening on the move.
6. You will have to complete all the 100% on-line Course and Assignments before we enrol you for the exam. we will not register you for the exam till you have completed the full course.
7. Students have 90% of attendance is mandatory attending the exam.
8. Any damage to the properties with in the lab & classroom is subjected to be charged the actual cost of the properties.

1. I agree to pay fees and charges to Irez Academy, a rising from my enrollment and academic activity. I understand that if my payment is not cleared by the enrollment date, I will have face the consequence of it.

IREZ Academy is committed to be safeguarding the interests of learners and be transparent and fair in dealing with the refund of fees to the learners. IREZ has the following refund policy in supporting the learners in certain specified circumstances:
1. In the case of a learner had made a payment to IREZ towards a course, but changes his mind and want to quit before 15 days to the commence of the specified course, he will be entitled for a getting a refund. The refund will be calculated by deducting the administrative charges and cost of books and will be paid against production of original receipt.
2. If a learner wants to quit the course during the course period, the consideration of refund will be conditional. If the learner has a genuine reason like a medical condition, certified by a qualified physician, he will be considered. The refund will be calculated by deducting the administrative charges, cost of books and pro rata training hours provided, and will be paid against production of original receipt and medical certificate.
3. IREZ do not consider any claim of refund other than above, for all the courses offered by it.

IREZ Academy is committed to be safeguarding the interests of learners and be transparent and fair in dealing with the deferment of fees and batch to the learners. IREZ has the following deferment policy in supporting the learners in certain specified circumstances.
1. In the case of a learner had made a payment to IREZ towards a course, but unable to attend the batch he has originally selected, he will be permitted to select a forthcoming batch. The advance amount paid by him will remain with Irez in his account. Payment of balance amount will be deferred till he /she joins a subsequent batch.
2. If a learner wants to quit one batch in between due to genuine reasons like a medical condition. He will be allowed to sit in a subsequent batch and complete the course. No extra amount will be charged for this additional facility. However, it is the responsibility of the learner to prove that he has a genuine reason (e.g. If it is due to a medical condition, a certificate from a qualified physician may be submitted).
3. IREZ may consider other situations for deferment, based upon the merit of each case at the discretion of the management.
